Make sure that the our standards and operational process are properly executed for our -20 Brands among hundreds of our Partners Lead the Team of Chef Trainers Coordinate the launching process of the new Brands with all stakeholders to grow the business as fast as possible Track Partners performance and define action plans to improve quality of service of all Partners Organize periodicaly quality and Mystery Shopper controls to guarantee Food Safety regulations are met, and all kitchen operations are followed Ensure that our operators are top performers and make our brands top-quality brands Propose and implement improvements base onthe feedback from Partners and data analysis Cooperate closely with Account Managers and Sales Team Cooperate closely with Global Operations Team Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference You have:
Experience in restaurant business preferably in large chains At least -3 years of experience in above restaurant operations position Experience working in a franchise model or QSR is a big plus Get stuff done attitude:
