Humangest S.p.a ricerca per azienda cliente la figura di contract manager.
Il/la canditato/a sarà inserito all'interno dell'Area Operativa Settore Energia, ideale è in possesso di laurea o diploma in ambito tecnico e ha maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di contratti di Energy, Manutenzione Integrata impianti e Facility Management presso realtà pubbliche. Sarà responsabile dell’erogazione del servizio garantendo la qualità e la performance operativa, técnica ed economica della commessa, supervisionando l’andamento delle attività e delle risorse e assicurando la soddisfazione del cliente.
La risorsa si occuperà in particolare di:
- Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi operativi previsti in sede di budget e gli adempimenti contrattuali relativi alle commesse assegnate;
- Assicurare l’erogazione del servizio supervisionando l’andamento delle attività e delle risorse e garantendo la soddisfazione dei clienti;
- Presidiare il rispetto e l’adempimento di tutti gli obblighi contrattuali;
- Assicurare la pianificazione esecutiva del servizio e dei lavori;
- Assicurare il monitoraggio della performance economica, gestionale e técnica delle commesse assegnate;
- Gestire le risorse in modo da ottimizzare ed efficientare la distribuzione di compiti e carichi di lavoro;
- Analisi dei dati di esercizio del contratto e verifica ed aggiornamento degli indicatori di efficienza ed efficacia dei processi di conduzione e manutentivi
- Gestire il contenimento degli impatti ambientali e garantire il rispetto delle norme di Qualità, Sicurezza e Ambiente.

- Leadership e capacità di motivare e coinvolgere team complessi su progetti condivisi.
- Completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra, interazione propositiva e attitudine a relazionarsi con differenti funzioni aziendali, proattività e spirito d’iniziativa
