Titolo di studio richiesto:

- Economia o Giurisprudenza
- Votazione mínima: 105/110

Esperienza professionale
- Neolaureati - Costituirà titolo preferenziale un'esperienza di almeno 2 o 3 anni in ambito di amministrazione o gestione contratti

Attività previste per il ruolo:
La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà, in base alla tipologia del contratto assegnato, di tutte le seguenti attività o parte di esse:

- Fornire il proprio parere in fase di negoziazione del contratto in particolare per T&C relative al piano fatturazione, piano pagamenti, licenze, assicurazioni e garanzie
- Partecipare al Kick-off meeting e alle successive review di programma
- Lavorare con il team di programma/progetto
- Partecipare alla stesura degli obiettivi economico finanziari annuali ed agli avanzamenti periodici con la responsabilità di: fatturato, incassi, calcolo penali, revisione prezzo, individuando rischi/opportunità associati
- Coordinare e facilitare la discussione tra le funzioni aziendali coinvolte in caso di insorgenza di issue contrattuali relative ai contratti gestiti.
- Verificare le T&C dei contratti e relativi emendamenti
- Analizzare gli impatti in caso di emendamenti contrattuali in particolare sulle T&C relative a: consegne, piano fatturazioni, piano pagamenti, licenze, penali, assicurazioni e garanzie
- Gestire le penali del contratto, sia in termini di calcolo, che per la gestione dei claim verso il cliente a supporto del programma
- Gestire la revisione prezzo prevista da contratto
- Partecipare all'organizzazione delle spedizioni delle forniture contrattuali e assicurare che tutta la documentazione di accompagnamento sia conforme al contratto ed alla normativa di riferimento
- Gestire gli incassi relativi ai propri contratti:

- monitorando le scadenze contrattuali, fatturato ed incassi.
- preparare, ove richiesto, la documentazione necessaria in fase di accettazione della fornitura e la relativa documentazione per l’incasso
- Interfacciare il cliente per tutta la corrispondenza dal punto di vista formale, per la gestione delle problematiche finanziarie/assicurative/amministrative del contratto
- Verificare le assicurazioni previste da contratto
- Valutare, preparare e monitorare le richieste di deroghe/licenze ed eventuali aggiornamenti (Legge 185/90)
- Inserire nel sistema informatico aziendale i dati relativi a: Ordine di Vendita, richiesta di fatturazione ed incassi
- Archiviare la documentazione contrattuale e la corrispondenza ufficiale da e verso il cliente

Competenze Professionali:

- Principali strutture contrattuali; Terms & Conditions
- Conoscenza della normativa export
- Conoscenza degli aspetti di gestione economico finanziaria dei contratti
- SAP (in particolare modulo SD e FI)
- Microsoft Office

Conoscenze linguistiche:

- Buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese scritta e parlata
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza della lingua Francese

Competenze organizzative/Soft skills:

- Capacità di analisi
- Proattività e problem solving
- Attitudine al lavoro in team
