- **Contract Manager** può essere referente di una o più commesse, ha la responsabilità sia della gestione dei contratti attivi presso i nostri clienti sia del coordinamento del team e dei fornitori che operano per tali clienti.Il
- **Contract Manager** ha le seguenti responsabilità:
- Preventivazione
- Mantenere e sviluppare la relazione con il cliente
- Gestione sub-appaltatori
- Gestione e coordinamento del team a suo riporto
- Gestione della formazione del team su tematiche tecniche e di sicurezza
- Verificare la completa e corretta esecuzione delle attività manutentive (ordinarie e straordinarie)
- Rendicontazione contabile della commessa
- Monitoraggio degli obiettivi di budget ed elaborazione dei report in collaborazione con il Contract Support ed il Team Finance- **Contract Manager** dovranno possedere i seguenti requisiti:
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza professionale in aziende operanti in ambito impiantistico, edile, ecc
- Capacità di analisi dei dati quantitativi e documentali al fine di supportare il monitoraggio del contratto, del budget e della reportistica
- Buone doti relazionali e di coordinamento
- Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi ed in contesti complessi
- Attitudine al lavorare di squadra
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
