We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Siemens Gamesa in Italy. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business partners in mastering contractual challenges throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and comment on tenders, contracts, and related documents to provide proactive advice.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks that may impact business results.
- Support internal business assessment processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies for contract negotiations with customers.
- Ensure execution of the internal sales process and adherence to internal standards.
- Capture internal data related to signed contracts and prepare presentations and analysis.
- Contribute to the standardization of contracts and offer templates, as well as the improvement of sales processes.
- A Degree in Law or a technical background with previous strong experience in contract management/negotiation.
- At least 3 years of experience in the wind sector is considered a plus.
- Strong sales skills to approach technical solutions to customer needs and execute results with an international mindset.
- Business-oriented, initiative, and proactive with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural business environment with integrity and maturity.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal, with French being a plus.
