Per la Business Unit **Health and Medical, **stiamo cercando un **Account Manager, **canale **Hospital **che segua il territorio del **Piemonte, Valle d’Aosta e Liguria **. La posizione prevede lo sviluppo delle vendite nell'area assegnata attraverso la promozione di prodotti medicali, principalmente in ambito **WOUND CARE ed ORTOPEDIA **, assicurando un elevato livello di soddisfazione dei clienti. La risorsa, che riporterà all’Area Manager, gestirà le vendite nell’area di propria competenza e sarà responsabile dell’obiettivo di fatturato dell’area.

**What you will do**:

- Mantenere, gestire e sviluppare le vendite del territorio assegnato, attraverso la presentazione e la vendita di prodotti e servizi alle strutture sanitarie
- Creare e mantenere una forte e stabile relazione con vari interlocutori in ambito sanitario identificando i loro bisogni e fornendo prodotti e soluzioni atte a soddisfarli
- Assicurare un'accurata conoscenza ed analisi del mercato attuale e potenziale, per la definizione ed implementazione degli obiettivi aziendali annuali
- Gestione diretta delle relazioni e delle trattative con la Clientela attuale e potenziale presso Ospedali Pubblici, Ospedali e Case di Cura Private e Centrali di Acquisto, nel rispetto delle Policy Aziendali e delle normative vigenti
- Presidio e monitoraggio del territorio ed analisi delle opportunità di sviluppo delle vendite in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali di fatturato e redditività.
- Attuazione del piano di attività di prospecting nel territorio assegnato
- Costruzione e mantenimento delle relazioni con le Associazioni Scientifiche e gli Opinion Leader locali
- Gestione e partecipazione degli eventi di marketing organizzati o sponsorizzati da Essity (es. workshop, corsi e congressi)
- Creazione di report nel CRM aziendale sull'attività svolta e analisi dei KPI da essi risultanti
- Collaborazione con il Medical Advisor e l’Area Manager per la gestione dei clienti e l’implementazione delle strategie di business.

**Who You Are**
- Diploma o laurea preferibilmente in discipline scientifiche o economiche o esperienza equivalente (la provenienza da discipline scientifiche o medico/infermieristiche sarà considerata un plus)
- Esperienza professionale maturata nel settore medical device, produzione monouso, medicazione, ortopedia, etc.
- Buona conoscenza e gestione dei processi dei bandi di **gara d'appalto**
- Esperienza nella vendita e nello sviluppo del business in ambito medicale/ospedaliero
- Conoscenza del mercato della Sanità Pubblica e Privata, della Pubblica Amministrazione e dei processi di acquisto tramite gare d’appalto
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza informatica, pacchetto Office e attitudine digitale
- Completa mobilità sul territorio di competenza
- Residenza nel territorio di competenza
