Duty Manager

La persona nel ruolo di Duty Manager riporta al Direttore delle Operazioni o al membro del Comitato Esecutivo designato dal Direttore Generale e sovrintende alle strutture, alla sicurezza e al servizio per gli ospiti.
Le sue responsabilità includono la supervisione delle operazioni quotidiane, garantendo e monitorando l'efficienza di tutti i processi, nonché la pulizia generale e l'ordine di tutte le aree pubbliche.
Garantisce il regolare svolgimento di tutte le operazioni, prendendo prontamente decisioni su ogni criticità, secondo le procedure dell'hotel.
Deve essere pienamente consapevole delle procedure di emergenza relative alla sicurezza degli ospiti e del personale. I reclami degli ospiti e le difficoltà di servizio dovrebbero essere canalizzati, per quanto possibile, attraverso il/la Duty Manager che è costantemente aggiornato sulle informazioni e sugli eventi dell'hotel.
Responsabilità principali:
- Effettuare ispezioni costanti dell'hotel, comunicando il miglioramento necessario ai dipartimenti coinvolti
- Supervisionare le operazioni, compresa la manutenzione, la pulizia e l'efficienza
- Garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e protezione
- Assicurarsi che gli ospiti siano accolti all'arrivo e assegnare il tempo per interagire in modo efficace con gli ospiti
- Garantire che gli ospiti abituali e altri VIP ricevano un'attenzione e un riconoscimento speciali
- Fornire un servizio clienti cordiale ed efficiente e creare un'atmosfera accogliente per tutti gli ospiti
- Collaborare strettamente con le pulizie e l'IRD per garantire che le esigenze speciali degli ospiti, i servizi e altre richieste relative alla camera siano soddisfatte
- Garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti al 100%, dall'arrivo alla partenza
- Gestire, risolvere e registrare tutte le richieste, i requisiti e i reclami degli ospiti con tatto e diplomazia in ogni momento
- Garantire che tutte le informazioni su ristoranti, strutture alberghiere, servizi siano sempre aggiornate
- Garantire che tutti gli incidenti di sicurezza siano sempre registrati in modo tempestivo e portati all'attenzione della dirigenza superiore
- Prendere le decisioni appropriate per affrontare le emergenze, come interruzioni di corrente, guasti alle attrezzature di lavoro, forniture ritardate
- Essere flessibile nell'assumere compiti e assistere colleghi e team, come e quando richiesto
Requisiti e competenze:
- Esperienza pregressa in Hotel 5* Lusso
- Esperienza nell’assistenza clienti
- Forti capacità organizzative
- Forti capacità di problem solving
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni compresi i fine settimana
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative verbali e scritte in italiano, inglese, tedesco, francese
Si offre inquadramento con contratto stagionale a tempo determinato. Disponibilità di vitto e alloggio.
