**TSG Specialist**

**YOUR PURPOSE**

We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Technology Support Group located in Milan. As a member of our Italian support team, you'll have the chance to provide top-notch IT technical support for our internal computer systems and networks.

Your general activities include:

- Maintaining and supporting PC systems and peripherals
- Taking over network administration (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Supporting and training users
- Installing hardware and software
- Carrying out network, hardware, and software audits
- Providing standby support outside of our regular business hours

- Bachelor's degree
- Deep knowledge of networks and IT topics
- English language skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Driving licence
- Readiness to travel within Italy

Our Technology Support Group plays a critical role in bringing hardware and software together seamlessly, allowing for trouble-free system processes in the periphery of UPS. With great expertise, the team ensures that nothing stands in the way of delivering what matters.
