Azienda Industria manifatturiera, filiale italiana alle porte di Milano, parte di un gruppo internazionale, appena entrata in una fase determinante del proprio percorso di crescita, cerca per un **ruolo Global** all'interno del dipartimento HR:
**Junior HRIS - SAP SuccessFactors**

**Posizione**:
La Risorsa sarà inserita in un Team internazionale, a riporto del Digital&Enterprise Manager, e avrà la responsabilità in completa autonomia delle **seguenti principali responsabilità**:

- Gestione di progetti e sviluppo continuo del prodotto IT HR e del panorama delle applicazioni.
- Traduzione dei requisiti aziendali ed HR nell’ambito dell’architettura IT e user stories.
- Monitoraggio e aggiornamento costante delle tendenze attuali nell'area delle applicazioni HR.
- Collaborazione e interfaccia con il responsabile del processo aziendale.
- Guidare il miglioramento continuo e lo sviluppo ulteriore del prodotto.
- Garantire il funzionamento del sistema come definito e renderlo compatibile con tutte le interfacce locali e non.
- Gestione dell'interfaccia relazionandosi con eventuali partner esterni per i sistemi.
- Creazione di specifiche tecniche RICEFW e concetti per la realizzazione di progetti IT.
- Garantire il supporto alle operazioni IT.
- Inizialmente non sono previsti riporti diretti.

Le attività riguardano una popolazione di circa 3.000 persone distribuite in diverse Business Unit in Italia e all'estero.

**Requisiti**:
La Risorsa ideale possiede una laurea e ha maturato esperienza nell'utilizzo e nella configurazione di sistemi informativi HR come SAP SuccessFactors o similari.

Completa il profilo **solida competenza di Project Management**. La Risorsa ideale è inoltre contraddistinta da una piena autonomia professionale, target oriented, e ottime competenze nel rapporto e nella gestione degli stakeholder interni ed esterni, così come nella cooperazione all’interno di un team IT internazionale e multiculturale.

**Requisiti Aggiuntivi Preferenziali**:

- Esperienza nella configurazione della retribuzione SAP.
- Certificazione PMI / IMPI (opzionale).
- Certificazione ITIL per la gestione dei servizi IT.
- Conoscenza più o meno approfondita di almeno 1 CCNL (opzionale).

Per il contesto internazionale è richiesta la **conoscenza dell'inglese almeno a livello B2. (scritto e parlato)**

**Sede di Lavoro:Provincia Ovest di Milano**, con possibilità di **smart working** fino a 2 giorni alla settimana e brevi trasferte all'estero presso filiali del Gruppo.
