del mondo per garantire ad ogni minore il diritto di essere figlio, ricerca una risorsa da
inserire nel proprio Ufficio Comunicazione e Raccolta Fondi con il ruolo di High Value
Donor Fundraiser.

**Livello retributivo**:da definire in funzione dell’esperienza

**Descrizione delle attività**:

- Definizione in accordo con il Responsabile di Ufficio, della strategia e degli
obiettivi annuali di propria competenza;
- Definizione del piano operativo per la gestione di Grandi Donatori e Aziende
già sostenitori di Ai.Bi.;
- Definizione del piano per l’identificazione, contatto e coltivazione di
potenziali nuovi Grandi Donatori e Aziende partner;
- Gestione diretta della relazione con i Grandi Donatori e Aziende attraverso
incontri, telefonate, mail, comunicazioni cartacee e inviti ad eventi;
- Preparazione di schede e presentazioni di sostegno;
- Preparazione di aggiornamenti, reportistica e follow up dei progetti sostenuti;
- Attività di benchmarking e monitoraggio dei trend delle attività di riferimento;
- Preparazione reportistica periodica sulle attività svolte;
- Realizzazione analisi del target di riferimento;
- Attività di PR e ricerca testimonial ed influencer da coinvolgere nelle iniziative e campagne dell’Associazione;
- Aggiornamento in DB delle attività svolte di propria competenza.

**Competenze richieste**
- Laurea in Scienze Politiche, Sociali, Economia o similari;
- Conoscenza tecniche di fundraising (gradito Master di Forlì o corsi similari);
- Esperienza professionale in profilo analogo di almeno 3 anni;
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione sia scritta che orale;
- Ottima predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali;
- Ottima capacità organizzative e flessibilità;
- Spirito d’iniziativa e forte orientamento agli obiettivi;
- Autonomia operativa e capacità di lavorare in team;
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Condivisione valori e missione di Ai.Bi;
- Interesse per settore Non Profit e fundraising.
