Cosa ti proponiamo:
All’interno della divisione Municipia nell’area di mercato Valorizzazione del Territorio siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Bid Manager che sarà coinvolta nelle attività di advisoring e progettazione in ambito Sviluppo Territoriale Integrato.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?
- Analisi territoriale, inquadramento degli interventi territoriali e dei requisiti tecnologici abilitanti, costruzione della Matrice degli interventi ricompresi nel Progetto esecutivo;
- Ricerca e risposta ad Avvisi e Bandi pubblici di finanza agevolata (POR/PON, Interreg, EU), attivazione delle procedure negoziate per l’assegnazione di finanziamenti agevolati rivolti alle PA Locali che concorrono alla realizzazione dei progetti di sviluppo urbano e territoriale integrato;
- Predisposizione delle domande di finanziamento e gestione delle istruttorie connesse finalizzate all’ottenimento/concessione dei finanziamenti agevolati.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:

- Almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza nella progettazione europea in ambito manageriale e/o consulenziale;
- Consolidata esperienza nell’ideazione, nella stesura e presentazione di progetti di finanza agevolata, europea, nazionale e regionale;
- Collaborare con il Capo progetto e il gruppo di delivery per garantire che gli interventi siano allineati con le esigenze del mercato e di produzione, fornendo le linee guida per un ulteriore sviluppo e miglioramento;
- Condurre analisi di fattibilità strutturale e infrastrutturale, inquadrare opportunità e criticità nella implementazione delle progettazioni ricomprese nella Matrice degli Interventi, nonché soddisfare le aspettative del cliente e garantire il rispetto delle disposizioni contrattuali;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale;
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti, in modo proattivo;
- Capacità di lavorare in gruppo e attitudine al problem solving.
