- In **Eni** siamo alla ricerca di una/un **Junior Negotiation Review** che,** **all’interno dell’area Affari Legali e Negoziati Commerciali, si occuperà di fornire supporto alla revisione del processo relativo alle iniziative negoziali.

**Con chi lavorerai**:

- Le persone Eni che operano nell'Unità Legal Affairs hanno un ruolo cruciale nel garantire consulenza e assistenza legale alle altre funzioni e nel monitorare l’evoluzione della normativa/giurisprudenza, oltre che assicurare, in raccordo con figure esterne, la rappresentanza e la difesa in giudizio. Passione e determinazione sono elementi centrali per chi svolge questo ruolo, in collaborazione con i colleghi del team.

**All’interno del team di Negotiation Review occuperai di**:

- Fornire supporto nell’analisi della documentazione relativa alle iniziative negoziali Eni e la loro coerenza con il processo interno;
- Collaborare alla verifica dei documenti autorizzativi previsti dal processo per le iniziative negoziali, assicurandoti che forniscano una rappresentazione completa e corretta;
- Supportare nell’analisi delle bozze di accordi associati alle iniziative negoziali e verificare la loro corretta rappresentazione all’interno dei documenti di processo, segnalando al business in maniera imparziale/indipendente eventuali criticità, rischi o incoerenze presenti all’interno degli accordi;
- Comunicare l’iniziativa al management ai fini delle attività di “validazione” e autorizzazione richieste dal processo interno Eni, attestando le attività svolte e l'assenza di criticità o la loro presenza/risoluzione.

**Questa è l’opportunità per te se rispondi a questi requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in Economia o Giurisprudenza;
- Costituirà un requisito preferenziale aver conseguito specializzazioni in commercial transactions, trading o contracts;
- Massimo tre anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in contesti legali o negoziali o commerciali in ambito energetico;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

**Tipo di contratto**
- Apprendistato professionalizzante; potrà essere preso in considerazione un contratto a Tempo Indeterminato in base all’esperienza maturata.
