Il nostro cliente è un’importante realtà produttiva, da poco acquisita da un importante gruppo mondiale, tra i leader di mercato nel settore HVAC. Per supportare l’Operations Manager ci ha incaricato di ricercare la figura del

**DEPUTY PRODUCTION MANAGER - CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT**

In particolare, si occuperà di:

- sviluppare e implementare progetti di continous improvement e lean manufacturing delle linee produttive: l’azienda, infatti, è stata da poco acquisita da un gruppo multinazionale ed è, quindi, in fase di forte rinnovamento.
- Accreditarsi, grazie alle sue competenze, presso gli operatori dei reparti, per poter in breve tempo diventare un punto di riferimento autorevole e assumere quindi un ruolo di coordinamento strategico.

Successivamente, è previsto un percorso di crescita manageriale all’interno del gruppo internazionale.

Desideriamo entrare in contatto con ingegneri (preferibilmente meccanici o gestionali), che abbiano maturato qualche anno di esperienza nel continous improvement e production planning in aziende metalmeccaniche (sarà considerata un plus una competenza in ambito HVAC). È mandatoria un’esperienza di coordinamento (anche solo funzionale) di un team. Si richiede inoltre dimestichezza con i sistemi gestionali ERP e la programmazione CNC (non sono richiesti software particolari). È mandatorio un buon inglese, sia scritto che orale, perché la figura collaborerà strettamente con colleghi internazionali. Completano il profilo organizzazione, ambizione, leadership, capacità di relazionarsi con referenti di diverse funzioni e a diversi livelli gerarchici.
