**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative assistance to the assigned Industry Vice President of Global Industry Accounts and other management and staff to proactively enhance effectiveness including professionally dealing with customers, composing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and handling confidential information with discretion. Anticipate, obtain, and prepare materials as required to keep executive prepared for all activities on schedule.

Some of the key responsibilities:
Support Meeting Planning & Preparation
- Arrange meetings, virtual, local and offsite, ensuring that all audio-visual equipment and network connection requirements are met. Arrange for refreshments and food as required. Coordinate and actively participate in staff meetings. Prepare agenda and meeting minutes. Distribute meeting minutes and actions to participants after the meeting, along with other materials reviewed during the meeting. Maintain a database of meeting notes and other materials for future reference.
- Support regular cadence of Executive’s team meetings with preparation, maintaining Teams sites, and communication around team between meetings for appropriate action item follow-up.
- With very limited direction, create spreadsheets, charts, technical illustrations, graphics, and text for presentations using Microsoft software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and other company specific tools (CRM, SAP, etc.). Presentations often requiring assistance include, but are not limited to: strategic planning, demand forecasts, quarterly reports, and leadership/talent reviews.

Support Communication & Organization of Key Priorities of Executive
- Prepare and keep up-to-date calendars and daily schedules for executive(s).
- Primary point of contact for incoming requests to executive. Review, screen, and direct incoming requests. Provide prompt, customer-oriented service to all callers and visitors, solving their requests without executive whenever possible.
- Make decisions and act on behalf of business leader during their absence, using initiative and judgment to see that opportunities requiring attention satisfy customer (both internal/external) requests.
- Proactively work with business leader to monitor progress / commitments relative to any outstanding actions.
- Participate in workload leveling efforts with other administrative staff within the business group in support of other executives & staff as required including back up of other admin during vacation and or other absences.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with personnel across multiple levels throughout the organization as required to effectively execute job duties.

Support Travel Requirements of Executive
- Arrange travel itineraries, both domestic and international. Coordinate international travel with RA contacts and ensure passports, visas, etc. are up to date and correct.
- Assist in processing required documentation for Travel & Expense processes, working with Travel and Entertainment Department in reconciling travel accounts.
- Ensures thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; a business or marketing degree is a plus.
- Minimum of five years of related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required. Any other language skills are beneficial, specially French and/or German.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in highly collaborative, teaming environment.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Thrives in fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to prioritize and independently make sound decisions.
- Advanced use of Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
