**Job Description**:
How you will contribute
- Support the direct-to-consumer eCommerce business development by identifying opportunities for channel growth and strategic priorities.
- Map out strategic projects focusing on performance marketing, website performance enhancement, and content coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT to execute eCommerce initiatives effectively.
- Optimize performance marketing channel to drive sales on direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform.
- Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey and enhance user experience on direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform.
- Manage eCommerce project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution of eCommerce projects.
- Provide regular reports and updates to key stakeholders on project progress, performance, and KPIs.
Who you are
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role
- Strong understanding of eCommerce principles, digital marketing strategies, and website analytics.
- Preferably experience in fashion/eyewear/sport
- An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
- Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
- A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
- Proactivity and problem solving skills
