Platform Architectural/HVAC Supervisor

**MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS**
- Hierarchical Relationship : CSR
- In charge of the Architectural part of the Shelter located on the TOPSIDE platform. The shelter

is composed of a living area for 8 people (including bedroom and kitchen facilities) and an instrument and

electrical room (HPUs, telecom, INS and ELEC cabinets).
- The scope is to supervise all the activities related to the construction and readiness of the shelter including

installation of equipment, cable pulling, insulation, HVAC etc. from construction to pre-commissioning.
- To supervise the installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of the HVAC equipment
- To ensure proper coordination between construction and pre-commissioning activities.
- To provide technical guidance to contractor and subcontractor work teams.
- Witness inspection activities based on the Quality Control Plan (ITP) and OPERCOM methodology
- The Service holder may also have to be involved in his discipline activities during WHP Topsides

commissioning (worksite), hook-up, installation, and offshore commissioning phases.

**ACTIV**ITIES

**HSE**
- To achieve and to make achieve to the personnel, contractors / subcontractors the HSE rules of the Company.
- To achieve the goals and annual aims of the Project.
- To participate in HSE audits and visits to construction sites.
- To raise anomalies cards for any unsafe/safe situation observed

**Technical**
- During construction and pre-commissioning phases, the service holder shall:

- Be the focal point at site for all activities related to the shelter
- Participate to KOM with Contractor/Subcontractor with reference to shelter activities.
- Review the relevant Contractor's and suppliers ITP's and procedures related to the shelter and HVAC
- Monitor and control the implementation on site of the approved drawings and plans, Surveillance

plans, Inspection and test plans related to the shelter.
- Monitor and control CTR’s daily / weekly progress report for construction for all Archi/HVAC activities
- Monitor the work deficiencies and ensure the implementation of the necessary corrective actions.
- Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.
- Stop & report immediately to CSR any anomaly or non-conformity.
- Attend and participate in daily meetings; Attend, when requested, the various construction meetings,

and provide support to the CSR in its various reviews
- Participate to construction, HSE or QAQC specific audits or visits; Provide regular inspection & activity

reports.
- Use the WHP Topsides 3D model tool to check/to anticipate potential clash during Shelter construction
- Ensure that Contractor and Vendors personnel are qualified for the task they’ve been assigned to.
- Issue Non-Conformance reports or review Contractor Non-Conformance reports and validate

dispositions. Intervene as necessary where warranted.
- Issue and/or participate in the issuance/resolution of Deviation and TQ applicable to Archi/HVAC

discipline with support of relevant disciplines engineer (Archi and HVAC)
- Assist reporting during all phases and more particularly the close-out report and lesson learnt.
- Verify the completeness and correctness of the as built drawings and manage the final project

documentation and ensure the complete handover to CPY Commissioning team.
- Monitor and report preparation of COW activities if any.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Confirmed Architecture (LQ) /HVAC expertise, with at least 15 years’ experience in large international

projects (offshore platform)
- Experience is required on topsides EPCIC Project and practical knowledge of applicable codes and

standards such as EN, ISO, ASTM, NACE and SSPC. Experience on construction yard is required.
- Familiar with the Architectural international standard for Offshore technical room such as NFPA10, NFPA

101, NFPA 2001, MARPOL 73/78, SOLAS IMO, EN 12825,
- Familiar with HVAC package and equipment installation and pre-commissioning
- Background with TotalEnergies.

**General Specifications**
- Good Knowledge of OPERCOM / ICAPS Methodology
- A good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Standards and International codes/standards related to design,

fabrication, inspection, and pre-commissioning.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
