**Construction Specialist - assistente Direzione Lavori**:
**Opportunità**:
All’interno del nostro team Direzione Lavori, che opera e gestisce cantieri in tutta Italia, stiamo cercando un Construction Specialist che, in affiancamento ai Project Manager, si occupi di:
Coordinamento dei rapporti tra le figure tecniche e amministrative relative alla costruzione di opere pubbliche
Gestione della contabilità e della documentazione di direzione lavori
Assistenza alla redazione di verbali di sopralluogo e documentazione di direzione lavori
Assistenza alla redazione di dettagli costruttivi, ordini di servizio, varianti e documentazione straordinaria di direzione lavori

**Chi stiamo cercando**:
Diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico (geometra, perito, architettura, ingegneria, etc.)
Conoscenza completa del pacchetto Office
Conoscenza di AutoCad
Preferibile conoscenza di Primus e Revit
Capacità di organizzazione e lettura delle priorità
Predisposizione al problem solving
Capacità di lavorare in team

Aver maturato esperienza pregressa nell’ambito dell’edilizia e avere conoscenza degli appalti pubblici verrà considerato un plus.
