**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in engineering, economics or statistics disciplines and solid quantitative knowledge
- Experience of at least 3 / 4 years in Risk Management and/or Planning and/or Credit area supporting or working within Financial Institutions
- Experience gained and/or skills developed in analysis, data collection, measurement and management of ESG risks (materiality/scenario analysis, forecasting, main effects on risk management measures - e.g. PD, LGD, impacts on credit processes, etc.)
- Thorough knowledge of office package (mandatory eExcel, PowerPoint, word), nice to have programming languages skills (e.g. Python)
- Currently coordinating and tutoring junior resources

Any experience in the following areas is a qualifying element:

- Analysis of the regulatory environment and best-practices in ESG risk management for Financial Institutions (both Climate and / or other Environmental risks)
- Analysis and implementation of the main ESG disclosure standards for Financial Institutions (TCFD, TNFD, EU Taxonomy disclosure, EBA-ESG Pillar 3,)
- Execution of EBA/ECB stress testing exercises (overall coordination or single modules execution)
- Knowledge of main Banking regulatory reporting templates (FINREP, COREP,)
- Corporate sustainability reporting concepts and standards (NFRD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy disclosure, GRI, SASB,)

- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and good stress management
