We are currently seeking a PR & MEDIA MANAGER as part of our team in Milan
- Your opportunity_

The PR & Media Manager play a key role in growing the Brioni awareness though PR and Media activities, promote the brand uniqueness and product offer.
- How you will contribute_
- _ Manage Milan PR Central office_
- _ Relationship with Italian Press and WW Press representatives in Italy_
- _ Coordinate PR external offices (France, Germany, UK)_
- _ Develop and implement Brioni annual and seasonal PR plans to create awareness around the brand through traditional PR activities._
- _ Support the development of key press materials including press releases, media alerts, and talking points in collaboration with the other departments_
- _ In charge of planning, coordination and organization of Press Events and Seasonal Collection presentations_
- _ Coordinate and support regional teams on local PR activities and global press events_
- _ Celebrities’ dressing management for EMEA as well as WW coordination_
- _ In charge of the Global Media activities_
- _ Define global buying strategy for Print, Digital and OOH advertising_
- _ Coordinate regional media plan with Brioni Regional teams_
- _ Oversee franchisee and brand partners media plans_
- _ Coordinate with Brioni Digital commerce team on action plans and budget allocation_
- _ Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis_
- Who you are_
- _ At least 5 years of experience as Public Relations and Media in a Luxury /Global Organization_
- _ Strong background in PR_
- _ Experience in Media plan_
- _ Management of external PR agencies_
- _ Networking - Strong relationships with local, national and international business and industry media outlets_
- _ Experience in budget planning and management_
- _ Good understanding of Digital Media_
- _ Superior writing and communication skills_
- _ People management skills_
- _ Demonstrated leadership abilities_
- _ Self-motivator with a highly collaborative spirit_
- _ Exceptional interpersonal and _relationship-building_ skills_
- _ High level of ownership, accountability, initiative and drive_
- _ Quick learner and resourceful; able to prioritize effectively_
- _ Comfortable with operating in a fast-paced environment_
- _ Bachelor's Degree required_
- _ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint_
