Nello specifico, queste le attività principali della figura che stiamo cercando:

- si interfaccia con il cliente per la definizione dei requisiti indispensabili per l’ordine di produzione;
- raccoglie le indicazioni di prodotto da sviluppare, verificandone la fattibilità técnica e preparando le schede tecniche;
- gestisce gli ordini di vendita: raccoglie gli ordinativi ricevuti, inserisce ed integra i dati di processo nel gestionale e li inoltra per le successive fasi di produzione;
- monitora costantemente l’avanzamento della commessa e si assicura che vengano rispettati i tempi di consegna e le disposizioni concordate;
- si interfaccia con l’ufficio tecnico per l’analisi e la progettazione técnica dell’ordine e con il controllo qualità per la gestione del reclamo;
- collabora e comunica con l’area vendite per concordare azioni verso i clienti volte a migliorare i servizi offerti;
- promuove azioni di miglioramento PDCA (Plan-Do-Act-Check) nella sua area di competenza: prodotto e servizio.

Il ruolo prevede inoltre la responsabilità di assicurare il target costo prodotto, condividendo con la Direzione strategia di vendita e marginalità.

**REQUISITI**

Per questa posizione cerchiamo una persona con un background formativo di tipo grafico/design che abbia maturato un'esperienza di **almeno 5 anni** **nel settore della gráfica o prestampa e stampa flessográfica **o simili.

Necessarie sono le competenze digitali e la consuetudine a utilizzare **gestionali ERP e CRM**, unitamente ad una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

A livello di soft skills, per un ruolo gestionale come quello del Product Specialist pensiamo a persone **ben organizzate**, **orientate al risultato** e con buone capacità di **comunicare e collaborare positivamente** con le altre funzioni aziendali.
