OTB SPA è alla ricerca di un Help Desk Specialist - Internship da inserire all'interno dell'area ICT per un tirocinio a supporto del team Service Desk per l’Headquarters a Breganze (VI).

**Le principali attività riguarderanno**:

- Supporto all’utente per configurazione, installazione e aggiornamento dei dispositivi del Gruppo OTB (computer, mobile, stampanti etc.);
- Configurazione e manutenzione Client Windows, MacOS e IOS secondo le disposizioni e gli standard aziendali;
- Utilizzo strumento di ticketing interno per la tracciatura e l’evasione delle richieste di assistenza;
- Supporto di 1° livello per problematiche Office 365;
- Troubleshooting e assistenza agli utenti per problematiche hardware, software e network di 1° livello;
- Supporto per collegamento postazioni di lavoro;
- Gestione e monitoraggio dei device aziendali e del loro ciclo di vita attraverso sistema di Asset Management.
- Titolo di studio in ambito tecnico o economico;
- Buone basi di informatica e conoscenza di Office 365;
- Capacità analitiche;
- Capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Attitudine al team working e al problem solving;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese.
