**FP&A ANALYST - REVISORE INDUSTRIAL**

per conto di un’azienda parte di un gruppo multinazionale del settore metalmeccanico.

**Posizione**:
Riportando direttamente al FP&A Supervisor, il professionista ricercato sarà responsabile di analizzare le perfomance di business assicurandone il controllo, l’accuratezza al fine di definire previsioni finanziarie.

Si occuperà delle seguenti mansioni:

- Business planning and budgeting process: analisi delle esigenze aziendali, valutazione dei costi e dei profitti per definire la sostenibilità dei progetti/attività
- Misurazione delle performance finanziarie e aziendali con analisi ricorrenti relative alle previsioni rispetto all’actual
- Definizione di previsioni mensile, del budget annuale e di un piano quinquennale
- Supporto alla direzione nel monitoraggio della crescita aziendale attraverso l'identificazione e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi, essendo il responsabile degli indicatori economici chiave e garantendone l'affidabilità
- Supporto al miglioramento e la conformità dei processi, degli standard e dei sistemi di Business Finance
- Gestione dell’analisi dei ricavi: revisioni del margine lordo, degli sconti, dei rimborsi e e dei costi del venduto
- Interfaccia costante con i dipartimenti Supply Chain e Demand Planning per identificare tempestivamente i rischi di disponibilità dei prodotti
- Garanzia del corretto riconoscimento dei ricavi in conformità con i principi contabili US GAAP
- Riconciliazione e monitoraggio della consistenza del backlog e degli ordini

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in materie economiche
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 1-2 anni in revisione nell’ambito della consulenza segmento industrial
- Buona competenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Doti comunicative e relazionali, precisione, riservatezza e problem solving completano il profilo.
