Per azienda cliente nel settore vendite online di beni di moda, lusso e design, la specializzazione Digital & Technologies di Adecco sta cercando una figura di Martech Automation Specialist.

Le attività principali che la risorsa andrà a svolgere sono:

- Responsabile di Design, Functional, Technical Design, Solutioning su Responsys, Swerve e Oracle CX Audience
- Lavorare sul perfezionamento della roadmap per l'ottimizzazione dei casi d'uso e sulla traduzione in azioni di valore assegnate alla priorità in modo appropriato
- Garantire la valutazione continua dell'impatto/valore delle funzionalità UC nuove e fornite rispetto ai KPI definiti
- Aiutare l'azienda a consentire percorsi omnicanale del cliente nelle operazioni di marketing, nel marketing digitale e negli ecosistemi di e-commerce
- Portare i marchi collettivi verso un'automazione condivisa basata sul comportamento dei clienti
- Collaborare con la più ampia funzione MarTech e il business per garantire che la comprensione dei requisiti futuri per business e clienti sia coerente, rispetto alle roadmap delle priorità
- Supportare il CRM Global ad industrializzare continui Test and Learn, consentendo al dipartimento di raggiungere obiettivi sia di coinvolgimento che di vendita

Requisiti:

- Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza nella gestione del prodotto di applicazioni incentrate sul cliente
- Dimostrare la conoscenza delle soluzioni MarTech, del pubblico sociale e dell'analisi dei dati
- Una mentalità analitica con capacità di problem solving
- Un buon comunicatore con efficaci capacità di influenza e di marketing del prodotto
- Dimostrare familiarità con la fornitura di valore dalle metodologie Agile
- Fluente in inglese (B2)
- Avere esperienza nell'analisi dei dati e nei linguaggi di interrogazione
