**Contesto**
VELUX ha tra i suoi obiettivi strategici quello di offrire ai clienti privati un servizio completo che li supporti in tutte le fasi del dell’esperienza d’acquisto, dalla prima consulenza sul progetto all’installazione del prodotto e degli accessori.
In questo contesto, l’Homeowner Installation Advisor gestisce il servizio di installazione “chiavi in mano” VELUX agli utenti finali. Egli è il contatto principale per i clienti privati, dalla preventivazione fino all’esecuzione del lavoro e al pagamento. Per farlo interagisce sia con gli installatori che con i clienti privati stessi.
**Responsabilità**
- Fornisce consulenza ai clienti che intendono installare o sostituire una finestra
- Consiglia i clienti privati sulle soluzioni tecniche VELUX più adatte al contesto di cantiere
- Gestisce tutte le attività legate al processo di installazione, incluso il coordinamento degli installatori e il pagamento
- Coordina e delega compiti ad altri membri del team VELUX
- Si occupa di monitorare l’avanzamento dei lavori e di gestire il follow-up con i clienti
- Fornisce una consulenza di massima si autorizzazioni edilizie e altri regolamenti inerenti l’installazione di finestre per tetti.
**Requisiti**
- Mentalità orientata all’assistenza e al servizio, in particolare verso i clienti privati
- Predisposizione alla vendita e affidabilità
- Attitudine a gestire più attività contemporaneamente
- Strutturato/a, organizzato/a, e in grado di gestire processi complessi
- Esperienza rilevante nel settore del retail e nella vendita al dettaglio, nell’hospitality o call center
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata - livello intermedio
