Location: Milano

Per l’area Engineering Procurement stiamo cercando una risorsa che supporti la Funzione nelle attività generali legate agli acquisti.

**In particolare**:

- Analisi delle richieste avanzate dalle Funzioni Tecniche allo scopo di individuare la corretta modalità di acquisto sulla base delle Policy aziendali;
- Espletamento delle gare e delle richieste di offerta in generale tramite piattaforma dedicata;
- Analisi della documentazione presentata dai terzi per verifica di completezza e coerenza:

- Predisposizione degli incarichi sulla base dei prototipi in uso con i necessari adeguamenti dovuti al singolo acquisto e/o ad eventuali normative specifiche applicabili;
- Predisposizione di rettifiche/modifiche/atti transattivi legati ai contratti emessi;
- Supporto generale alla funzione su tematiche rilevanti (a titolo esemplificativo: subappalti, tracciabilità dei flussi finanziari, due diligence terze parti)

**Requisiti necessari**:

- Laurea Triennale in ambito giuridico;
- Capacità di raggiungere un buon livello di autonomia nelle attività ordinarie.

**Requisiti preferenziali**:

- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, anche in contesti differenti;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza del Codice degli Appalti;
- Esperienza in ambito contrattualistica;
- Precisione;
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e al problem solving
