**Partner with the best**

As HSE Specialist Packaging & Logisitic, you will manage the day-to-day activity in our workshop being HSE frontline. You will partner with the Operation Leaders and team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations.

In this role you will be:

- Supporting HSE Surveillance and monitoring (H&S and E) performance on site
- Responsible for Job Safety Analysis revision and Non-Routinary activities Risk Assessment
- Responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up
- Supporting HSE Digital tool management and the organization to learn from Normal Operations
- Acting as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point in the shop-floor
- Responsible for Contractors HSE Oversight and HSE Supervision

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in HSE or Quality
- Be familiar with HSE operations within the Oil & Gas or Energy Industry.
- Have basic knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards.
- Have preferrably ASPP qualification
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to communicate fluently in Italian.
- Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills
