La risorsa, riportando al Responsabile Ufficio Industria Polo Donna Elegante e interfacciandosi con ufficio ricerca / Stile / BE, si occuperà di:
- Garantire la messa a punto di accessori metallici e/o altre leghe particolari garantendo i livelli di qualità e l’idoneità a produrre, nel rispetto delle tempistiche di sviluppo richieste (da retroplanning)
- In collaborazione con i vari uffici (Studi / Acquisti / SC ), fornisce soluzioni in linea con le richieste iniziali, indirizzandole fin da subito verso applicazioni sostenibili (qualità, tempi, costi).
- Analizza la fattibilità dei progetti, garantendo lo start di sviluppo Industriale
- Per i modelli approvati, si occupa in autonomia della messa a punto degli accessori nel rispetto dei tempi prestabiliti, controllando il rispetto dei tempi delle fasi intermedie e garantendo la qualità delle realizzazioni;
- Richiede ed analizza i risultati dei test di laboratori, su sviluppi in corso, per anticipare eventuali problemi tecnici
- Valida le certificazioni del materiale a sistema, e l’idoneità a produrre
- Realizza ed Invia i master ai fornitori e ai fabbricanti
- Estende la propria responsabilità fino all'approvazione della pre/serie (con conseguente lancio in produzione) e verifica l’idoneità del primo lotto
- Dove richiesto, supporta la Supply Chain nell'assicurare il rispetto dei tempi previsti nella fornitura dei materiali
- Supporta gli atelier durante la produzione della calzatura ove si dovessero verificare problematiche connesse all’accessorio fornendo il proprio contributo tecnico ( gestione dell’eventuale problem solving )
- Effettua un reso conto finale della produzione ad ogni stagione
- Analizza le problematiche implementando nuove tipologie di sviluppo degli accessori apportando anche soluzioni innovative
PROFIL
- Diploma e/o Laurea
- Buona conoscenza delle lingue Francese e/o Inglese
- Pregressa esperienza (di almeno 5 anni) sugli accessori metallici e/o altri materiali (sviluppo Industriale e/o disegno a Cad degli stessi )
- Approccio positivo, proattivo e flessibile
- Buone capacità di analisi e di sintesi
- Capacità di negoziazione
- Ottime capacità comunicative
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti e applicativi informatici
- Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e in team
- Puntualità e affidabilità
- Autonomia decisionale e reattività
- Disponibilità a trasferte presso fornitori o Fabbricanti
