You will be working in a dynamic working environment in which you will be part of a diverse and international team of colleagues.

**Job description**:
We decided to **expand our team in Italy**, so grab your chance and join Easytrip.

The **Operations Department** is present in all Easytrip offices all over the Europe, you will be part of an **international team** The Italian office is located in **Cesena**, an office that you share with several experienced colleagues.

During your onboarding period you will learn all there is to know about the job, by coaching from the **Operations Manager **and training by your colleagues.

You will be managing bookings, orders, questions and requests that come in through Customers, Channel Partners and our Sales Team. You will closely liaise with internal and external parties (like Customs).

What are you going to do?

**You will be involved in**:

- Manage and support customers with booking requests (train, ferry & tunnels).
- Facilitating customer adoption of all Easytrip services and helping them get value from the subscribed products and services.
- Handling incoming requests from Easytrip customers and commercial partners according to the agreed service level agreements.
- Keeping updated all Easytrip digital platforms and share the relevant information with colleagues.
- Ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction and developing customer loyalty and retention.
- Ensuring the operativity of all services (meaning electronic tolling, VAT refund, booking and other value-added services).
- Participate in upselling and cross-selling our services.
- Managing OBU's (toll boxes), fuel cards, CRM systems.

**Profile**:

- Good ability for multitasking
- Available to work during the evening, weekend, and Bank Holiday
- Immediate availability
- 2-3 years relevant experience in a customer care and/or back-office operations environment and/or hospitality
- Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Customer oriented, well-organized, pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English is mandatory, verbal and written (other European language will be a plus)
- Good team player
- Accurate, stress-resistant, analytical
