**Position Summary**:
GRIMALDI ALLIANCE is seeking a trainee or newly qualified attorney specializing in energy law (regulatory and permitting), ideally with, at least, one year of experience. Additional experience in legal due diligence regarding energy assets would be a plus.

Proactive and self-motivated, you should be eager to take ownership of your work product and demonstrate the skill, talent and commitment to deliver outstanding results.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent academic credentials from University, a LLM is plus;
- Previous experience within a top tier firm;
- Basic knowledge of the structure of the energy markets and of the relevant legal framework;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency level in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
