The Technical Sales Manager lead the Technical SalesTeam and support sales with technical expertise Bring and maintain NPS Score to a Best in Class level

**Location**: Milan
- Sesto San Giovanni - This role will be on a hybrid basis where you can work from home and attend our offices at least 1 day per week.

**About the role**

Management of the truck and organization of the product presentation at roadshows / TechDays - product demonstrations etc.

Ensuring the "customer first" mentality in the team through availability via the hotline and live chat to support internal/external customers

Alignment of the team according to the objectives / KPIs

Coaching and further development of employees

Advice to the field and office staff with regard to the target groups and target products

**What we’re looking for**
Completed business administration studies with technical know-how or technically oriented studies or comparable specialist training

At least 5 years of professional experience in a sales environment, ideally in the trade of technical consumer goods

Several years of experience in employee management is indispensable

You have a high ability to work in a team, a competent appearance, initiative and determination and lead the team as a "role model"

Enjoy being in close customer contact (mainly by phone)

Communication skills in fluent German and English (spoken and written)

Good knowledge of SAP, BW and MS-Office
