**Demand and Processes specialist**

Principali attività:

- Supporto al coordinamento ed execution delle iniziative strategiche di sviluppo di AXA Caring (PM/PMO)
- Coordinamento delle attività trasversali alle funzioni di AXA Caring (Sinistri Salute e Network)
- Supporto alle attività di data analytics e predisposizione reporting/tableau de bord direzionale
- Coordinamento dei processi interni di budgeting/forecasting ed interfacciamento con le funzioni Health e Finance
- Coordinamento e monitoraggio (aggiornamento e maintenance) dei contratti di service ed esternalizzazione dei contratti di service verso AXA Caring
- Presidio delle attività di controllo che coinvolgono AXA Caring (es., Organismo di Vigilanza, Data Privacy, Rischi operativi, Standard di Gruppo, etc)
- Focal point per l’indirizzamento di segnalazioni o particolari esigenze in collaborazione con le funzioni assuntive e sinistri

**Your Profile**
***Esperienze e competenze richieste:

- Laurea preferibilmente in Economia o Ingegneria
- Esperienza di 3-5 anni in consulenza o ruoli analoghi a quello oggetto di selezione
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office con particolare riferimento a Excel e Power Point
- Ottime doti comunicative, relazionali e di team working
- Proattività e spiccata attitudine al problem solving
- Buone capacità organizzative e autonomia nella gestione delle attività
- Approccio progettuale e per obiettivi
- Approccio concreto e strutturato alla definizione di processi e monitoraggio di livelli di servizio contrattuali
- Conoscenza della Lingua Inglese
