Consultant Adecco Technical & Engineering Milano City seleziona per conto di multinazionale operante nel settore della manutenzione elettrica e meccanica, una figura di:
Data Center Electrical Site Manager

la risorsa, dovrà guidare ed organizzare le attività di siti adibiti a Data center, le mansioni:

- Gestione di un Data Center Operations Team per pianificare, installare e mantenere operativi le utilities elettriche e meccaniche per garantire continuità di servizio e supportare l'infrastruttura
- Guidare le relazioni con il resto della società a nome del Team del Data Center
- Lavorare con le organizzazioni e i team che collaborano alla fornitura di servizi al Data Center come network operations, project management, logística e supply chain per mantenere un alto livello di servizio da parte del Data Center e mantenere la capacità di rimanere al passo con lo sviluppo del business.
- Costruire e guidare un operations team per il Data Center per sviluppare sia capacità tecniche, sia qualità di leadership dei singoli supervisori
- Assistere e supportare i team di strategy, design e construction quando necessario nel progetto di sviluppo del sito
- Collaborare con gli altri Data Center Site Managers per ottimizzare i processi e i metodi di lavoro
- Trovare le giuste misure per mantenere i costi di operatività al minimo
- Supportare e dare contributo allo sviluppo e all'implementazione di pratiche di business che consentano di crescere mantenendo sotto controllo l'incidenza sull'ambiente del Data Center
- Gestire e garantire i rapporti per far fronte alle aspettative e necessità con il cliente

Requisiti richiesti;
- 10+ anni di esperienza di gestione di operatività tecnologica in ambienti critici
- Esperienza nella gestione di personale, leadership, sviluppo delle risorse e crescita del team
- Esperienza nel guidare e indirizzare un Gruppo variegato di risorse e partner fornitori appartenenti a varie aree
- Conoscenza delle infrastrutture elettriche dalla media alla bassa tensione, di raffreddamento, HVAC e sistemi di regolazione BMS
- Esperienza come leader nel prendere decisioni con poche indicazioni e mantenendo le priorità di fronte a molteplici richieste in competizione fra loro

Disponibilità: Full Time

Zona di lavoro: Milano Ovest

CCNL: Metalmeccanica-Industria; inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza
