With operating 4 production sites we can fulfil the global market needs.

**Role overview**:
As an Area Sales Manager at AmbaFlex, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth in Italy, Spain and Portugal. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities, fostering existing customer relationships, and closing deals within OEM’s and Integrators operating within logistics, packaging, and beverage industries. You'll also be tasked with developing strategic plans for market expansion, conducting thorough market research, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the South European markets and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify key competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the market.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent business experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Business-to-Business capital equipment or technical components sales.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong acquisition, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Living in Italy.
- Technical knowledge or background with senior consultative selling skills.
- Experience within the packaging industries, logistics and e-commerce.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to travel extensively within your area and occasionally to HQ in The Netherlands.
