We are looking for an HEAD OF GLOBAL PRESS RELATIONS based in MILAN.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Develop a comprehensive global press strategy and brand positioning for Valentino.
Supervise all Worldwide Press Offices and their respective regional press strategies.
Devise annual plans to achieve the brand's press goals and secure extensive media exposure.
Craft press releases, pitches, positioning statements, talking points, key messaging for brand representatives, briefing materials, and similar documents.
Consistently secure features on the brand, conduct media briefings, secure product placements, generate news coverage, and more.
Participate in planning and execution for all fashion shows and global events, including managing guest lists.
Oversee all press relations and strengthen the brand's presence in countries.
Nurture and cultivate relationships with media professionals and influential figures.
Utilize existing media connections and develop new contacts to expand the brand's reach.
Handle media inquiries and requests for interviews.
Generate content for press releases.
Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on PR outcomes
To ensure comprehensive coverage during global events and product launches.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends impacting clients and offer strategic communication recommendations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
7+ years of overall experience in managerial role in a similar role
Awareness of current fashion and communication trends, magazines, websites and social media accounts
Fluent in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strategic mindset and managerial skills
Exercise sound judgement in establishing priorities and problem solving
Good communication skills, strong attention to details
