ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are looking for a talented young channel marketer to join our Italy marketing team for a period of 12 months, which forms part of our EMEA marketing team and works in close partnership with our Italy distribution team.

Given the importance of ESG to both ourselves and our client base, we are looking for people interested in knowing more of ESG and how that is likely to evolve from a market, product and client perspective.

The focus areas for this role are:

- Support the management of events schedule, including execution of third party and hosted events, working closely with the Marketing Manager.
- Deliver ad hoc marketing materials, designed for the Italian market, supported by the Marketing Manager, the EMEA Product Marketing Team and the Distribution team.
- Execute and measure effective marketing activity across the full marketing mix, with a digital and data-first mindset, supported by the Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing Enablement Manager.
- Take ownership and accountability for specific activity, both assigned and based on own initiative

ROLE SUMMARY

Contributes substantively to cross-functional teams that develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans that

Position our brand and capabilities with Italy intermediary channel (B2B). Analyses multiple data streams and optimizes tactics. Implements plans and processes according to Segment Marketing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partners with cross-functional peers and segment managers in the execution of multichannel marketing plans aligned to specific populations of prospects and clients.
- Assists in the implementation plans and processes according to Segment Marketing strategy.
- Supports internal and external elements necessary to the successful execution of segment marketing plans, including working with necessary internal marketing and distribution partners, ensuring all legal and compliance obligations are satisfied, and sharing all necessary content with external partners for review and approval.

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 2+ years of total relevant work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Investment knowledge, or Marketing, or Communications
- Ability to innovate and deliver bold new initiatives, as well as execute on assigned ones
- Organised mindset; particularly on events execution and content distribution
- Understanding of digital distribution
- Desire to grow in the Asset Management Industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Italian native speaker, English fluent)
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment
