For a Pharmaceutical Company, we're looking for a

LAB OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

The Laboratory Operations specialist support the Laboratory Operations Manager for:
Equipment, Laboratory & facilities life-cycle
- Support CAPEX, OPEX & project investment
- Commissioning/purchasing/installation/de-commissioning of equipments
- Management of periodic and extraordinary maintenance of laboratories equipment
- Computerized system management, data integrity & ALCOA, account management

Lab Performance Management:
Support and Implement cross-laboratory initiatives
- Building laboratory access coordination
- Mapping lab and desk spaces
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed to increase Laboratories Performance

EHS:

- Management of external provider
- Internal and External audit support
- Support for ISO certification, “registro Leggi” and “conformità Legislativa”
- Drafting and implementation of new safety procedures with the support of lab heads and function head.
- Support CAPAs/actions management (including management monitoring) and track safety metrics in collaboration with Lab head, Manager and supervisor for safety
- Support Biosafety for BSL-1-2 Labs including related cellular & Biological risk assessments and validations activities for decontamination systems (i.e Dry Fog, Autoclave, Bioreactors)

Minimum requirements:

- MS Scientific degree - At least cumulative 2-3 years of work experience in a laboratory
- Good communication skills, team spirit
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Understanding of Laboratory operations

Temporary contract 1 year
