Stiamo lavorando con un'importante realtà multinazionale, eccellenza piemontese del settore dolciario, per un'opportunità lavorativa in Belgio. La ricerca è per un/una:
**Plant Maintenance Manager**

Questo è un ruolo chiave all'interno del senior management team presso lo stabilimento del **BELGIO** **che conta 1.100 dipendenti. La persona gestirà un team di 90 persone per svolgere i seguenti compiti principali:

- Supervisione di tutte le attività di manutenzione elettrica e meccanica;
- Gestione in autonomia del budget manutentivo: analisi periodiche su budget e revisioni di spesa sulla propria area di competenza;
- Definizione e analisi dei KPI di manutenzione al fine di intraprendere le azioni appropriate;
- Plant design: partecipa alle fasi di progettazione/pianificazione di nuovi macchinari e attrezzature; controllare l'installazione delle apparecchiature: collaborare con i referenti della Manutenzione durante il montaggio di nuovi macchinari e linee di produzione per garantire il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e dei tempi di realizzazione;
- Gestione Fornitori: collabora nella gestione dei fornitori di attrezzature e/o servizi per garantire il più efficiente utilizzo degli stessi relativamente al bilanciamento dei carichi di lavoro e al controllo dei subappalti;
- Gestione delle parti di ricambio: garantisce la gestione ottimizzata delle parti di ricambio, collaborando con l'Operatore di esecuzione della manutenzione sulla definizione del livello di scorta di sicurezza.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica;
- Esperienza in ruoli simili (7+ anni) all'interno di ambienti di produzione continua;
- Necessaria provenienza da contesti strutturati e complessi (ad esempio multinazionali)
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (francesce è un plus); la padronanza linguistica verrà testata in fase di colloquio iniziale.
