Per la nostra struttura ricettiva, il "Borgo di Vignamaggio", siamo alla ricerca di un/una Sales Manager che lavorando a stretto contatto con il nostro team eventi, contribuisca in modo proattivo e con successo alla nostra strategia commerciale, costruendo solidi rapporti di lavoro con il nostro team ospitalità per proporre e contrattare nuovi clienti, wedding planner e agenzie.

**Mansioni**
- Collaborare e rafforzare le relazioni con i clienti principali per promuovere il business e aumentare la quota di mercato, ospitando e partecipando a viaggi promozionali
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti aziendali e agenti, assicurandoci di essere in prima linea per gli organizzatori che cercano spazi per eventi
- Indagare e identificare in modo creativo opportunità nuove e innovative in linea con le tendenze del mercato
- Creare ed eseguire piani di vendita per mercato assegnato al fine di garantire il raggiungimento dei massimi ricavi e degli obiettivi di bilancio.
- Gestione delle relazioni con i clienti, le agenzie di viaggio e wedding planner
- Organizza site inspections che permettano di presentare la struttura ai potenziali clienti
- Redige offerte personalizzate che rispecchiano le richieste dei nostri clienti
- Monitoraggio del mercato e analisi della concorrenza
- Organizzazione di eventi e promozioni per attirare nuovi clienti
- Collaborare con i responsabili degli eventi, i direttori esecutivi e i responsabili delle operazioni per assicurarsi che, prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti, tutti i reparti dispongano delle informazioni più aggiornate in merito ai requisiti dell'evento
- Comprendere e massimizzare l'utilizzo di tutti i sistemi automatizzati di vendita e prenotazione coinvolti nel business di gruppo.
- Partecipare alle riunioni di vendita e alle riunioni strategiche, come richiesto Predispone reportistica e analisi dei risultati delle azioni commerciali.

**Requisiti**
- Solida formazione nel settore turistico-alberghiero
- Acquisire competenze specifiche in ambito commerciale e di marketing
- Ottime capacità di negoziazione
- Elevata motivazione professionale
- Capacità di lavorare efficacemente sia in modo indipendente che in team
- Diplomazia e capacità di trattare efficacemente con la direzione, i clienti e il team
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e con scadenze ravvicinate
- Ottime capacità nella gestione dei sistemi operativi, nello specifico Opera
- ITALIANO ottimo scritto e parlato o madrelingua
- INGLESE ottimo scritto e parlato o madrelingua
- Una seconda lingua è considerata un plus.
