Due to our rapid growth and commitment to expanding our export business, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Italy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to expand Winsol's customer base in Italy and manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with pergola dealers, general contractors, architects, gardeners, landscapers, carpenters, and installers.
  • Negotiating tailored solutions for clients in consultation with technical experts and the back office.
  • Maintaining close communication with clients to ensure rigorous follow-up and high customer satisfaction.

As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will report directly to the Export Sales Director.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on customer development.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Earnings Estimate: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
