About the Role:

This role is ideal for a self-motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry. As a Field Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our restaurant partners, understanding their needs and developing personalized solutions to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sales growth in your designated area.
  • Client Relationship Management: Present TheFork's products and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our platform.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and driving retention rates.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective business strategies.
  • Fluent Italian language skills, with English language proficiency.
