Job Overview

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the process industry. As an Outside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with existing or new customers within your assigned area.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed agreed bookings and strategic business objectives within the assigned territories.
  • Develop and complete strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability in the agreed sales territory.
  • Negotiate with Customers relevant Business Contracts within the agreed Delegation of Authority – including discount, price, and volume structures.
  • Drive sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization (local and international).

We are seeking a great teammate, customer-focused, ambitious sales person, passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity. You are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems.

Requirements
  • Technical education or bachelor's engineering degree.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven successful experience in technical sales roles within the process industry.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (verbal, reading and writing) is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
