Il nostro cliente è una Società Internazionale e Istituzionale di Gestione Investimenti socialmente responsabili con oltre $10 miliardi di AuM.

In ottica di strutturazione della branch italiana, siamo alla ricerca di un Relationship Management Director, il quale sarà responsabile della gestione di un insieme diversificato di clienti istituzionali ed intermediari finanziari.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Presidente a livello globale, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Assistere e gestire clienti istituzionali al fine di preservare ed incrementare ricavi;
- Aumentare la soddisfazione dei clienti comprendendo le esigenze e le linee guida di investimento e comunicando efficacemente la filosofia di investimento della società;
- Fornire aggiornamenti costanti sulle performance in base alle esigenze degli investitori congiuntamente alla reportistica ad hoc;
- Comprendere gli obiettivi di investimento dei clienti, la composizione e la strategia del portafoglio da riferire ai team Investimenti e Marketing basato in US;
- Costruire solide relazioni interne con le divisioni Sales, Client Portfolio Management, Investments, Operations e Compliance al fine di proporre le soluzioni migliori e più allineate.

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
- Laurea in discipline economico
- finanziarie - CFA è un plus;
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 5 anni in ruoli da Institutional Client Service e/o Relationship Management all'interno di Banche, Istituzioni finanziarie, Asset Manager, Fondo di Fondi e/o Società di Investment Consulting;
- Conoscenza approfondita dei mercati tradizionali equity e fixed income, congiuntamente al mercato degli alternatives;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
Completano il profilo: forti doti interpersonali e il desiderio di lavorare all'interno di un contesto imprenditoriale caratterizzato da un mindset "management by facts".

Sede di lavoro: Roma - sono previste trasferte regolari in Italia, Europa e USA.
