Job Description

Hospitality Talents, recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles is looking for a Director of Revenue Management.

 

Our client is a prestigious hotel known for its contemporary wellness experiences, exquisite dining, and stylish accommodations. With state-of-the-art MICE facilities, the hotel caters to discerning leisure guests and business travelers.

 

As the Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for maximizing total revenues and profitability associated with guest rooms and meeting rooms. Your strategic expertise will drive pricing, positioning, and inventory management. You will develop sales strategies, identify new revenue opportunities, and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Devise revenue strategies and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Oversee pricing, positioning, and inventory management
  • Develop sales strategies and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Communicate pricing and sales strategies to stakeholders
  • Analyze data and identify trends and obstacles to revenue goals
  • Generate reports and updates on booking patterns
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders


RequirementsProfil
  • Fluent in both English and Italian
  • Strong understanding and experience in Revenue Management
  • International experience or international group experience
  • Strong RM expertise in MICE, Corporate and Leisure Segments
  • Strong expertise in OTA Management and optimization
  • Action orientated with a drive for results
