WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will be part of the Local DE&I Team playing a crucial role, together with DE&I Manager and Leadership nodes, in the implementation of the DE&I strategy and related priorities, to create and improve an outstanding inclusive environment. You will play a critical role in defining, monitoring, and guiding relevant DE&I-related KPIs, and following up with relevant teams, to ensure their achievement and an adequate stakeholders’ engagement, considering them as a business priority. You will ensure that diversity agenda is successfully implemented and in line with the business’s objectives, identifying, understanding and rework external trends.
YOU'RE GOOD AT:
- Establishing and managing the right priorities of DE&I agenda;
- Researching and advising on DE&I issues and creating programs, projects and relevant trainings;
- Identifying external trends and recognizing best practices which will increase DE&I within the workplace;
- Building and managing solid relationships among colleagues and business functions thought DE&I trainings;
- Establishing and managing solid and concrete partnerships with external providers related to DE&I;
- Following up, supporting and guiding the relevant teams to help creating a brand image that appeals to diverse new hires and removes bias;
- Understanding the big picture: strong organizational skills are key, with an ability to handle, prioritize, and carry out multiple tasks independently.
YOU BRING:
- Relevant previous HR experience, preferably covering a DE&I role;
- Strong commitment and interest towards DE&I topics;
- Outstanding communication skills in Italian and English as well as strong interpersonal and team-working skills;
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Flexible, “out-of-the-box” attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment;
- Highest ethical standards and ability to respect all BCG and employee information as personal and confidential;
- Excellent relationship management skills.
