**Posizione**:
NHOA Energy is looking for a Financial Associate, who will have the responsibility of the following activities.

**Your tasks**:

- Directly support the CFO and the SVP Global Markets in the analysis, planning, design and implementation of the corporate-level bank and capital market transactions required to support the Company’s growing project portfolio;
- Directly support the CFO and the SVP Global Markets in the analysis, planning, design and implementation of project-level structured finance solutions;
- Directly support the CFO in M&A processes in the energy space from financial evaluation to contract negotiation, coordinating discussions around commercial terms in conjunction with the appointed internal or external advisors;
- Directly support the CFO and liaise with banks in the analysis and execution of bonds, guarantees and FX hedging strategy to support the projects in portfolio;
- Support in cash flow and treasury planning and reporting, in collaboration with the internal control team;
- Conduct analytical research and analysis on strategic trends / markets including benchmarking;

**Requisiti**:
**Your background**
- Master degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering;
- Financial background;
- Advanced financial modeling skills;
- Project finance experience, preferably in the energy sector;
- Previous experience in advisory/banks preferred;
- Outstanding analytical skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in English
