As Reserve Manager and Team Lead in the highly influential top-end On-Trade, which is the heartland of the premium spirits world, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity, and rate of sale of our brands.

In this role you will manage the Reserve Account Executive team across Italy, their performance, growth, and career conversations in alignment with Diageo standards and the support of The Head of Reserve

You will also implement the Diageo Italy Trade Strategy and Commercial Policy keeping the focus on restaurants, hotels, wineshops & premium cocktail bars and nightclubs (pacemaker). With the direct focus and responsibility on Sardinia and Lombardy you will closely work with a 3rd party account executive, which will support you in the activation and implementation of annual agreements.

You will be responsible for:

- Negotiation of pouring and visibility agreements in line with Diageo’s budget guidelines
- Continuously evaluating and set sell-out targets and provides input to AEs according to Diageo Italy strategy and priorities.
- TLA Customer plans & Customer Business Performance Management: Define best view forecast & forward investment plan for the customer(s) across ITALY, having winter and summer hotspots accountability.
- TLA Customer Budget accountability across Italy and Commercial Investment
- Partnering with the On Trade Field Manager to enhance the efficiency and performance; Providing regular market feedback to the management with regards of competition, product movement, brand position, challenges, and growth opportunities.

You will be h
_ighly connected with the Reserve environment,_ building brilliant relationships with key influencers in the industry and inspiring internal stakeholders. Your category knowledge and understanding of insights will drive the creation and execution of a clear and powerful commercial plan.

About you

You have a strong and broad track record in Commercial and planning with customers. You're highly skilled in fostering commitment through advanced negotiation skills and creating collaborative relationships. You have in depth understanding of distributors, key customers and competitors: their businesses and their shoppers/drinkers. You're able to coach both functional and leadership capability development in commercial leaders. You're fluent in English and Italian.
