As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Country Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

**Position Overview**:
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the architectural and engineering aspects of the construction sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Strategy and Expansion**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the MENA region to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Understand the dynamics, trends, and opportunities in the building materials industry within the MENA region.
- Define and prioritize target customer segments based on factors such as geography, industry verticals, and project types.
- Tailor strategies for each identified market segment to maximize effectiveness.
- Determine the most effective market entry strategies, considering factors such as cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and local business practices.
- **Product Positioning**:

- Develop a clear and compelling value proposition for the company's products in the context of the MENA market.
- Define key product features and benefits that resonate with the specific needs of customers in the region.
- **Pricing Strategies**:

- Develop competitive pricing strategies that balance profitability with market demand.
- Consider dynamic pricing models based on factors such as project size, customer volume, and regional variations.
- **Strategic Alliances**:

- Identify potential strategic partners, such as retailers, construction firms, architects, and contractors, to enhance the company's reach and influence in the market.
- **Performance Metrics and KPIs**:

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of market expansion efforts.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance of the market strategy, making adjustments as needed.
- **Adaptability and Flexibility**:

- Stay agile and adaptable to changes in the market environment.
- Adjust strategies based on feedback, market shifts, and evolving customer preferences.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders in the construction industry and regularly engage with clients to gather feedback on products and services, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing support and information on products and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with the client to tailor solutions that align with their project goals.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific project requirements and challenges.
- Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
- **Communication**:

- Keep clients informed about new products, services, and innovations within the company.
- Provide timely and relevant updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any other pertinent information.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Act as a point of contact for addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients.
- Work proactively to resolve challenges and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Solicit feedback from clients on their experience with the company's products and services.
- Use client feedback to drive continuous improvement and product development efforts.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on the client's evolving needs.
- **Long-Term Relationship Building**:

- Foster long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating a commitment to their success.
- Position the company as a trusted partner in their construction projects.
- **Data Management**:

- Utilize CRM tools and systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Analyze data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement in customer relationships.
- **Sales Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance to achieve individual and team objectives.
