Sales Line S.r.l. is a leading sales line company that specializes in headhunting and recruiting professionals for various industries.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Triveneto region. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various proprietary brands, managing and developing client portfolios, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Role:

This is a permanent employment contract position that requires a strong understanding of the watchmaking sector and experience in sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales in the Retail sector, empathy, determination, resilience, and a digital mindset. Additionally, they should be willing to travel up to 90% of the time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with active clients (independent watch/jewelry stores) to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Promote and encourage sell-in and sell-out by assisting clients in enhancing the visibility of various brands;
  • Participate in the launch activities of digital products, promoting them within sales points;
  • Understand and convey the company's values;
  • Conduct reporting activities, analyzing sell-in and sell-out data for clients and providing an overview of market trends;
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and manage customer accounts effectively;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma;
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales in the Retail sector;
  • Empathy, determination, resilience, digital mindset;
  • Willingness to travel;
