We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to oversee the growth of Pneumatech brand in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting Pneumatech solutions to local dealers and retailers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market analysis and segmentation to identify potential segments for Pneumatech solutions
- Promote Pneumatech solutions to dealers and retailers, supporting them in sales cycles
- Develop and maintain relationships with local service colleagues for aftermarket activities
- Participate in local trade shows and hold training events in the territory
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective brand communication and awareness
- Provide updated feedback to management on market requirements, new products, and competitors' products
- Proven experience in value sales with high technical content, preferably in compressed air sector
- Excellent knowledge of English and sales or technical experience in similar fields
- Skilled in IT tools like MS Office, Outlook, PowerBI, and daily use of CRM
- Knowledge of quality air market and producers is an added value
- High school diploma or Bachelor degree in industrial engineering disciplines, electrical and mechanical engineering
