Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Global Sales Development Manager for our client, an international company specializing in industrial gasses solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and growing sales of Industrial Gasses Division products in North East Italy (Triveneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Prov. Mantova).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, manage, and grow sales to meet business objectives.
  • Optimize sales and profit consistency with company policy and long-term goals.
  • Solve customer needs with technical-driven solutions.
  • Handle technical inquiries for the entire product portfolio and services.
  • Utilize current company networks to open new business opportunities.
  • Manage CRM for assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial sales.
  • Tech degree in Mechanics or Electro-Mechanics or equivalent through experience.
  • Strong knowledge of markets.
  • Able to organize visits to customers and maintain local presence.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
  • Compressed Air and gas purification knowledge is an asset.
  • Commercial and sales driven with ability to 'open doors' and generate new business.
  • Self-starter with ability to drive opportunities and work independently.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent Italian and communicative English (minimum B1).
